In Columbia beauty pageants are a big thing, so we were totally thrilled to meet Talia, a true Columbian beauty queen. Talia had super long hair, you know the kind we all dream of, yet only seems to happen in Shampoo commercials. Not only long but thick, glossy, wavy and healthy. Still even beauty queens can use a FRESH LOOK. Tammey, from Old Town, enriched Talia’s color with a velvety warm brown, covering over old highlights and adding warmth to Talia’s complexion. Next sexy short bangs and face framing layers, to sculpt Talia’s face. Talia’s hair is still long and lush but now it has a shape and lots of sex kitten style.
