Crystal at your Warrenton location has been my stylist since 1999. Although she temporarily left you, I followed her there, and now back to you guys again!!! I moved from Warrenton to Chantilly; but still drive back to Warrenton every 4 weeks for Crystal to do my hair. That is how much I respect her work and artistry. I just think that too often customers only communicate when they have a complaint…but Crystal ROCKS!!!, and she deserves kudos from a very well satisfied customer. Sincerely, Colleen Schreiner
