L’Oreal’s serie nature: eco-friendly.nature powered.

L’Oreal Professionnel has created a new line of products that will delight the tree-hugger in all of us.  As many of us are trying harder to get those nasty chemicals out of our lives, L’Oreal has made it a little easier by creating these naturally-derived products.  More and more, our clients are asking about sulfate/paraben/silicone-free products for their hair and serie nature now delivers.  The line offers shampoos for three different hair types; fine hair, dry hair, and rebellious, unruly hair (you know who you are) with 3 complimentary conditioners.  Luscious-smelling in salon treatments leave the hair feeling silky looking shiny — without harsh chemicals.  These products contain 100% natural fragrance with no artificial colors.  The packaging is recyclable and recycled content packaging and “produced in an internationally recognized environmentally-certified factory (ISO 14001)”.  Now if that doesn’t make you feel a little more pure, we don’t know what will!

PR at Partners at Fashion Week Part 2

Look at Ms. Lorretta (manassas) looking very serious backstage at Fashion week. These are shots taken backstage at the zero maria cornejo show. We are waiting for the lovely peeps at Sebastian to send us inspiration and how to’s. Still, thought you might want to see some pics. PR at Partners at Fashion Week!

Posted in General on February 15th, 2010 by Chelsea

We are so excited to share news from Fashion week!  While we wait for the full scoop from James and Loretta here is a look at some shots from the Betsy Johnson 2010 winter collection.

    Inspiration:

Betsey Johnson’s Fall 2010 beauty look was inspired by the sexy, superstar actresses in the cowgirl “French” western film, Las Petroleras (1971).  Betsey’s own gang of bad girls channel Brigitte Bardot’s lust for adventure, exhibiting unassuming sexiness that’s as captivating as it is liberating. Yes that is Kelly Osbourne look trim and hot! PR at Partners_FashionweekPR at Partners_at Fashion weekseliskar_betseyjohnson-3857_lr.jpg

We look forward to some great how to’s soon. I bet there was A LOT of Sebastian Volupt used.

Valentine’s Day Poster

First, the marketing department owes the creative department an apology - sorry that I infringed on the spring/summer collection shoot, I know it was pain to break from the shoot, but it is much appreciated.

NEW LOOK for a New Year?

Posted in General on December 24th, 2009 by Natasha Laws

WOW, in one short little week (and a day) it will be 2010. For someone born in the (very) late seventies, I am rather surprised we are not all living in space. Though, I am thankful, those space helmets would really mess up hair. So, without the space helmets here is our New Year Poster for 2010.

Pony Tales

Posted in General, Styling Tips on December 18th, 2009 by Natasha Laws

It’s about to snow in our fair city, now even with the snow, many of us still will try to brave the elements to attend Holiday party’s and gatherings, so here are some tails with a little polish for your great night out.

For the best tails, blow dry hair with a smoothing serum and add in shine spray. pony_tail_1.jpgPR at Partnners_pony_tail2

Once your basic tail is in place with bobby pins and extra ties you can start to change the shape of your tail or for extra sleek use a flat iron or add in curls with an iron. A pony tail can turn into something sassy, classic, chi or just fun. PR at Partners _pony-tail3
